Logic(s) Magazine — Cover design and artwork for the critical and liminal

Logic(s) is a print and digital magazine with a mission to draw in voices and perspectives that remain outside, underexplored, and essential to thinking critically about technology. For their twenty-first issue: Medicine & The Body, we supported in cover design, editorial ordering, and image making. We applied mournful design, advising an order of pieces that facilitated the reader through the deep, mournful, and necessary articles housed in this issue. Our core intervention was interstitial graphic pauses — collaged, distorted textures drawn from the issue's own image archive — placed between and after potentially triggering or taxing pieces to offer the reader space for rest and processing.
