Plexus was a social ‘tool for thought’ and ‘extended-mind’ platform connecting ideas and people through stream-of-consciousness note-taking. As a design consultant and researcher, I worked directly with the founder to clarify the product’s intention, audience, information architecture and user experience. Through methods of co-design, I led research that directly shaped the product’s UX and roadmap.
